Get a jump on the Spring baseball season and take your game to the next level by attending our high energy Winter Workouts!
Our indoor training sessions lay the groundwork for success by teaching and reinforcing the proper fundamentals in throwing, fielding and hitting. These fast paced, 2-hour workouts, feature a wide variety of training stations providing each player with multiple repetitions in all facets of the game. It's a great way to get your arm, glove and bat ready for a breakout season!
In addition to baseball specific drills, we will also include strength, agility and fitness training as part of each session for our athletes. Whether already highly skilled, or looking to improve your game and confidence, we have designed our training regimen to help you improve.
Baseball Trainers on staff include DHHS Varsity Baseball Coach Travis LaPointe, American Legion Baseball Commissioner and pitching instructor Rob Corraro, Albertus Magnus College Baseball Coach Jeff Buck and the MTB Tigers Coaching staff.
